3. Your Responsibilities

4. Credit Authorization
By submitting an application, you authorize BHG Loan to share it with network lenders and authorize those lenders to obtain consumer reports about you — initially via soft inquiry, and via hard inquiry if you proceed with a specific lender's full application, as that lender discloses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable federal law. Any disputes shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction located in Kentucky, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
